It was important for Instagram to bring awareness to shopping on the platform during the holiday season. To convey the breadth and depth of our platform's shoppable products, we enlisted our creators. For our fashion-obsessed audiences, it was important to bring to life the thrill of finding items for yourself. So we developed the creative platform “Where You Get That, Where’d You Get That?”

In the films three different products are styled and worn or enjoyed by three different characters. Uniquely, each of the products transports the creator into a surreal world inspired by the product. A range of creators speak directly to identity and trend exploration, and our audience sees faces they know and trust on our platform - creating an eye-to-eye moment for our fashion obsessed shopping community. Together, this emphasized the idea of exploration on the platform, while showing how shopping is instantaneous.

Films were shot and directed by Bardia Zeinali who is known for his fashion forward, viral content creation. Creator, advocate and plus size trailblazer, Palmoa Elesser kicked off the campaign with a feature in our introduction video and a guest-edit collection on Shop Tab, also featured were Tyler Omeed Mazaheri and Seasell (aka) sleepy.angel. Followed by a full Buy Black Cyber Week featuring Oyinda, Kaguya (aka) p.s.kaguya, and Aashish Thakur and Holiday events featuring Robert Saludares (aka) mylifeasroby, Saniyyah Bilal, and RockStarTwins Madison & Ka'Mani.
